All materials published in Axis Mundi are the intellectual property of the author.
The author agrees that the aforementioned material has not been published elsewhere and that the author has the legal ability to confer publishing rights to Axis Mundi. If the author subsequently publishes said material elsewhere, notice must be given that the material was first published in Axis Mundi.
The author alsoagrees to allow Axis Mundi to publish said material in print or electronic form, for as long as Axis Mundi exists. This agreement also gives Axis Mundi the right to create derivative works from material submitted.
Axis Mundi agrees to publish the name and academic year of the student in a conspicuous position at the beginning of the material.
Any distribution or publication by third parties of material published by Axis Mundi shall constitute infringement of the author's copyright.
Axis Mundi does not gain any ownership of material by this agreement.
